Our Work Culture

At Phira, we combine our European roots with a US-style bias toward speed, ownership, and ambition. We’re entrepreneurs ourselves, across multiple industries. That means we don’t just talk about building, we do it.

Why We Believe In Showing Up

Especially in the early stages of building something new, we believe in the power of in-person collaboration. Creativity, clarity, and momentum happen faster when we’re in the same room. Testing ideas, iterating quickly, or solving hard problems together. That’s why we’ve moved away from being fully remote.

We still work flexibly and care about outcomes, not formalities. But we’ve learned that being in person leads to faster decisions, clearer communication, and stronger momentum. At our Lisbon office, we foster a highly international environment that combines deep focus with shared energy.
