An early Phira venture in applied AI

Lunis is an example of a venture born inside Phira, developed within months of ChatGPT’s launch. From the outset, it embodied our conviction that artificial intelligence would not just automate tasks, but restore something essential: the magic back into technology.

We saw this clearly in real estate, an industry we’ve been involved with for many years. Agents everywhere were burning hours trying to play designer, copywriter, and marketer — tasks that drained energy from the real work of advising clients and closing deals. The industry’s demand for content, especially in the area of socials, had become relentless, leaving professionals overwhelmed and under-skilled. We asked: What if technology served them, instead of the other way around?

Lunis became our answer. Every day, it delivers professional, ready-to-publish video posts directly to an agent’s WhatsApp and email. All the content is personalised with their branding, listings, testimonials, and local insights. No Canva. No agencies. No wasted evenings struggling with design tools or video-editing software. Just instant content that looks and feels tailor-made, freeing agents to focus on what actually matters: their clients, their viewings, their negotiations.

The problem we addressed in real estate is part of a bigger theme. Across industries, professionals are forced to become their own marketing departments. Writers are expected to master social media, musicians to cut TikToks, designers to run email funnels, and journalists to build personal brands. Lunis is a microcosm of the broader future: tools that strip away the noise and let people focus on the work they truly care about.

Launched first in Portugal, Lunis gained traction in a market known for its slow tech adoption — a strong validation of both the problem and the solution. With tens of thousands of agents locally and millions worldwide, the opportunity is vast. But more importantly, Lunis stands as a proof of concept for Phira’s thesis: that when AI is applied thoughtfully, it can dissolve friction, scale trust, and give people back their time.

Lunis is not just software. It is a small rebellion against the tyranny of endless marketing. It is technology as a servant, not a master. And it is a glimpse of the kind of ventures Phira exists to build: simple, elegant, and meaningful.
